   1. Short and Sweet wins the race – No one wants to read a long-winded letter, make your points and get to the affiliate link

   2. Check your spelling and grammar – Proof read and run the spell check.

   3. Dear Sir – Does that sound like something you want to open? If you can, make the e-mail personal, use first names if you have them, and if your e-mail program can do it.
